Return & Refund Policy

All returns will have to be sent to our Singapore warehouse. Thank you for your understanding.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

RETURNS

If your return is the result of a shipping error on our end, Phamcare will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs. However, Phamcare is not responsible for re-shipments, specifically if you type in an incorrect address online or if you enter a P.O. Box. 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our full return policy:

  • Returnable products may be returned up to 14 days after delivery.
  • Product(s) must be in new, fit to be offered-for-sale condition. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item & packaging must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • The product must be unused, unworn (except for trying it on), and must include all original packaging and parts.
  • All parts and accessories must be included and in original packaging.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Some products are non-returnable. See below for details.
  • Please e-mail support@phamcare.com with your order number to receive your return authorization
  • If we receive an item that is ineligible for a refund per the policies listed above, the customer will have to pay for the shipping charges for us to send the item back to you.
  • If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery subject to approval.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We would love to process every return that comes our way because we understand that a return can result from a simple mistake, change in diagnosis and more; however, due to health and safety concerns, we cannot take back everything.

Some items by their nature are simply non-returnable. In fact, some items will state in their description that they are non-returnable. Other non-returnable products are defined below:

  • Heating Pad for Traction Plus KG300 
  • Tractionpro KP800 Cervical Care System
  • Spinalcare UG300 Lumbar Therapy Device
  • TENS/NMES units

EXCHANGE

We accept exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@phamcare.com

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, you will be refunded the method in which you paid. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  (Exclusions apply, please see the Non-Returnable Items list above )

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED PACKAGE

  • Packages that are returned to us due to insufficient address, undelivered due to multiple attempts, refused, etc. will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% off the total bill. The restocking fee will be applied to the amount refunded to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
  • To re-ship your package, please contact us to arrange.
  • Undeliverable packages for international orders may be subject to abandonment. In this situation, the customer will not be eligible for any refunds.

DEFECTS

  • If you received a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt 

  • Please explain nature of defect and include photos or video. 

  • We will arrange for an exchange as soon as we can .  Please drop us an email at support@phamcare.com so that we can assist you further .  

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please contact support@phamcare.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
